I found the staff very helpful. They showed kindness . the hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, a lovely touch. the location was also convenient. It was close to the beach and nightlife.
The room i had was dark and smelled of dampness. This was especially noticeable in the bathroom. i encountered some issues with the hot water. It wasn't always available.

i found the location ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered diverse options, it was much more like a lunch. the gym facilities impressed me with their modern equipment. i appreciated the quite atmosphere as well as the hotel's proximity to nice pubs.
the air conditioning in my room had some issues. i found it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature, which caused discomfort .

the room featured a comfortable bed, this ensured restful sleep. there were also complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, a very nice touch. the room's design incorporated modern elements i found quite pleasing.

the staff greeted me warmly, and the laundry service was quick. the hotel's location allowed easy walking access to nearby shops and restaurants. it made getting around quite easy. breakfast offered many options.
one of the pools was closed due to upgrades.

The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely start and check-in was seamless. a porter handled my luggage directly to my room. the cleaning service by juk was really good. The small touch of a flower and surprise each evening added charm. i appreciated the staff's friendliness and engagement during the cocktail hour.

mixed feelings on this resort stay
complimentary waterloud neighborspoor soundproofing
the hotel provided complimentary water every day, which i did find acceptable.
I must report a fairly annoying issue with noise. The room was not very soundproofed. there were loud neighbors. i heard them quite clearly at most hours of the day and sometimes at night. this made relaxing difficult, something you really dont want on vacation.

The hotel is located close to the beach and center. I found great breakfast choices daily. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the free minibar. It was restocked every day.
My room faced the street, resulting in some noise at night from traffic and music.

The breakfast buffet offered great variety. I especially enjoyed fresh omelets. I found many choices available each morning and a rotating menu, so things never got boring. Deth, at the pool bar, always greeted guests with a smile.

I loved the beautiful swimming pools and the well-kept gardens. I received clean beach towels daily. I also appreciated the beach bag and flip-flops that were available for guest use.
